This was my first apartment and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! The staff are super friendly and helpful! In a pretty decent area within close distance of a lot of cool things. Walgreens and Aldi are within walking distance (right across the street). I was worried about safety when planning to move to Dallas, but I feel completely safe here.

Went to see about an open apt at Aventine at Kessler Park. The ladies in the office were cordial and facilitative. It was a very friendly, warm atmosphere in the office.

My husband and I stopped in to look for a new apt. Today. The staff was very nice and attentive. Erin and Mindy were as helpful as could be. If things go well on our end we may be moving in soon.

I went here to check out an apartment omg the staff is wonderful Erin is so sweet and Mindi was sweet those to sold me I will be back to sign my lease just because of them made me feel right at home they made it very comfortable to be here thanks ladies for helping me find my new home love it ❤️

Great Management Ms Edmond was very professional and knowledgeable, communication was awesome very quick response to questions. Definitely a great place to live :)
