DO NOT MOVE HERE
This is my second year living here, and since the new management took over, the complex has seriously declined. The property is no longer being properly maintained, and basic issues are constantly ignored.
The elevators are regularly out of order with no clear timeline for repairs. The hallways smell awful and are rarely cleaned, and the stairwells are constantly trashed. Thereâs also an ongoing bug problem throughout the entire first floor, and pest control is not handled promptly or consistently.
The security gate system is another major issue. The gates are constantly locked because management refuses to properly fix the security system, forcing residents to use unsafe side entrances with broken or missing door handles just to access their apartments.
The biggest issue for me personally has been the lack of air conditioning. I have now been without AC for 41 days. After 19 days of repeated complaints, I was finally given a small window unit, but management still has not prioritized actually repairing the AC system. With summer approaching, my apartment remains over 75 degrees daily.
On top of all of this, the leasing office is almost impossible to reach. During their posted business hours (9 AMâ6 PM), the office is often empty, and phone calls routinely go unanswered.
Overall, the level of neglect and lack of communication from management has been extremely disappointing.
