Horrible to NO management everyone to themselves. Leaks everywhere mold everywhere alarms constantly going off with a whopping 2 grand rent.

Where but where is the awesome manager that got stabbed!!!! Is she alive? Where is the office girls that always helped with a smile??? Being here 2 years I thought now this was gonna change! I could see the difference in areas clean, my work orders done on time and well daaang why they didn’t provide security not even a camera working!!!! Where is the concern for the employees??? Now there’s garbage all over the property the only two maintenance guys all they do is sit around by the pool or behind a white truck. They are getting paid to do NOTHING!!! They always walking around together and doing nothing so ridiculous and the ones that actually worked are now gone!! This place going down if they don’t bring the office girls back soon!!! Amyyy, Kayla, Josyy where are you guys!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE This is my second year living here, and since the new management took over, the complex has seriously declined. The property is no longer being properly maintained, and basic issues are constantly ignored. The elevators are regularly out of order with no clear timeline for repairs. The hallways smell awful and are rarely cleaned, and the stairwells are constantly trashed. There’s also an ongoing bug problem throughout the entire first floor, and pest control is not handled promptly or consistently. The security gate system is another major issue. The gates are constantly locked because management refuses to properly fix the security system, forcing residents to use unsafe side entrances with broken or missing door handles just to access their apartments. The biggest issue for me personally has been the lack of air conditioning. I have now been without AC for 41 days. After 19 days of repeated complaints, I was finally given a small window unit, but management still has not prioritized actually repairing the AC system. With summer approaching, my apartment remains over 75 degrees daily. On top of all of this, the leasing office is almost impossible to reach. During their posted business hours (9 AM–6 PM), the office is often empty, and phone calls routinely go unanswered. Overall, the level of neglect and lack of communication from management has been extremely disappointing.

Anyone who leaves a review and says the office staff is nice and the complex is improving is lying. The office staff is rude and not friendly they also add fees and charges to your rent and refuse to refund them. The leasing manager got stabbed over it. Horrible thing that happened and she didn’t deserve it but Hopefully they learn to stop playing with peoples money.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! These apartments do not care about their residents!!!! Someone got murdered here today. They leave all doors opened. There are homeless people walking the halls all the time and they attack people and mess up things here. Cars are always getting broken into!! Management and the office ladies are rude and don’t care about any concerns! These apartments have really gone down hill since this new management! The apartments are dirty! The halls are disgusting! The pool is never cleaned!! It greens and leaves a bad smell now just walking by it!! The price of these apartments are going up and the quality of them are going DOWN!

This place is trash, elevators ain't worked in months/years, parking is horrible, the lady in the office is a nasty piece of work who think she can talk to any way to a person. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone they do not have enough parking so you will be waiting all night if you don’t come at a decent time to get one. I used to come to visit my coworker who lives there her A/C went out and it took them three weeks to come fix her air. I was thinking about renting here until one day I came to visit my friend I was stopped by the police and said that my car looked like someone that had looked suspicious was asked did I have weapons in my car had my ID ran and everything. I used to could register to park now I am unable to when I visit my friend the people are very rude and I also have had my car towed there on three occasions after having registered and parking where cars have parked all the time. I would definitely not recommend theses apartments RUN FAR AWAY and the barely pick up the trash the trash cans stay full. If I could give them negative starts I would

property is not at its best but i have been here for 3 years already and i can see new management on site is making noticeable changes in the property. at least the manager is friendly when we go make payments or she is out walking the property and is always happy to help, last year office was never open no matter what time you come to put work orders, bathrooms were discussing and maintenance orders would take months to be done. i hope the new manager and the new office girls stay for a long time because at least office is open and staff is friendly and things seems to be turning into a good change FINALLY!!!!!

*Edit 5-4-26. Just visited for the weekend, parked in a designated visitor spot and registered my truck Friday & Saturday, but forgot to on Sunday. Woke up and it was towed to the other side of Dallas, I’m out $250, and I had to call into work. Thanks guys. That sums up how they move here. And their response to “talk to the office” about the issues is irrelevant since that’s what we’ve been doing before leaving a review crossed my mind. Oh and it’s week 4 of no AC in the unit now.* REVIEW: My girlfriend lives here and I visit often. Here’s some things I’ve noticed over the past several months that would be notable to anyone looking to rent here. Parking - if you get here after 5PM there is zero guest parking available. I have to risk parking in a covered spot and getting towed. Additionally, towards the beginning of April there was a string of car break ins. A truck I normally park next to had their whole back glass shattered and thieves rummaged it. No cameras in the parking lot so they were out of luck… Housekeeping - The hallways are filthy, stained, and not uncommon to find animal fences in it. Security gate to the property has been broken and the door to the outside stairwell is unlocked. Management- Her unit has had no AC for 2 weeks and counting now. Office staff says they’re out of Freon and it’s on back order, leaving the unit to cook at 80 degrees every day until they fix it. When she renewed her lease, the new management tacked on new charges such as an additional fee for a parking spot (used to be included) and utilities are no longer fixed. Desperately needs new management and it wouldn’t be so bad
