I have lived here for two years and I have seen a good turn with this new manager, Kayla, in the office. Ammy always helping with a smile and the girl in the front Josie is so helpful I finally see a good change. Maintenance requests are taken care of soon and with care. We've been living here for about 7 months now, and so far, it's been a great experience! We've met some really nice people and have enjoyed hanging out with them. Despite sharing halls it’s not nearly as noisy as you might expect, which is a huge plus. We also love having washer and dryer connections right in the unit, it's incredibly convenient. The rooms themselves are far from boring or blocky; for example, the living room's arched window is a really nice addition that adds a lot of character to the whole unit. The bar area is also nice and spacious, especially with the open kitchen concept, which makes the whole living space feel very welcoming. The common areas are fantastic because they really invite you to meet and socialize with your neighbors; they even have foosball and billiards tables for some fun! The pool seating is really nice too it’s perfect for relaxing. The management is incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, and the maintenance team is fantastic, they get work done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Aventine has been my home for 3 years now. Maintenance is amazing, punctual, and have always done a great job fixing up my unit. The new office guy, Brian (or Bryan?) has done a lot to improve the functioning, optics, and safety of the amenities, and I’m sure there will be much improvement in the future. Great place to live! In regard to some of the negative reviews, you have to keep in mind the property is huge with many families living here. Indoor hallways with carpet are hard to keep clean. Not so much management’s fault as it is due to foot traffic.

I've lived here for 4 years and have nothing but good comments/things to say about this property. I'm in a 1 bedroom apartment with a dishwasher and I have my washer/dryer hooked up. Close to shopping and a new Sprout's coming on June 20th. Kid and pet friendly with a triple A rated maintenance staff. Rent is very affordable and I have a beautiful view of downtown Dallas from my balcony. Needs to be at the top of your viewing list. Minimum steps as elevator is at the end of every hall

This was my first apartment and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! The staff are super friendly and helpful! In a pretty decent area within close distance of a lot of cool things. Walgreens and Aldi are within walking distance (right across the street). I was worried about safety when planning to move to Dallas, but I feel completely safe here.

I just moved in, in February. So far so good, I’ll be completely honest abt my review giving pros first and cons last. Pros so far the office is actually very good at working with you especially when you are very open and honest & not trying to get over. They actually have compassion for the residence and understand that real life happens to us sometimes. I love the space in the apartment, the amount of windows. It’s a light show in my living room in the morning which I love so much. It’s not loud here , everyone is pretty much friendly or minds their own business. Cons : whew !! Okay well first of all someone was so desperate enough to drill a hole at the bottom of my car and stole my gas late at night, the gnats are really annoying, you have to constantly clean to keep them away, the pigeons are VERY VERY VERY stressful. They have them really bad here. The balcony was 1 of my favs when touring but I can’t really enjoy it because pigeons are literally living on my balcony. So I’m trying to find a way to get rid of them. But they will literally come and throw a poop party with their friends and have a poop out all over your balcony and anything you have on your balcony (YUCK).

Hi my name is Susan Saavedra and I been living here a year. I came in March 2020 and this place is great, good walk place outside with a pool. All utilities are included very calm during the day and night. Front staff is so friendly office is open from 8 to 5:30 which most apartments might not do, maintenance is great they get job done and are very friendly too. It’s been pleasure living here. Parking here is good not had and issues with people breaking in and gate is being repair. They trying their best to fix things. I like said I had no issues or problems. This is a great place to live!!!
