I just moved in, in February. So far so good, Iâll be completely honest abt my review giving pros first and cons last. Pros so far the office is actually very good at working with you especially when you are very open and honest & not trying to get over. They actually have compassion for the residence and understand that real life happens to us sometimes. I love the space in the apartment, the amount of windows. Itâs a light show in my living room in the morning which I love so much. Itâs not loud here , everyone is pretty much friendly or minds their own business. Cons : whew !! Okay well first of all someone was so desperate enough to drill a hole at the bottom of my car and stole my gas late at night, the gnats are really annoying, you have to constantly clean to keep them away, the pigeons are VERY VERY VERY stressful. They have them really bad here. The balcony was 1 of my favs when touring but I canât really enjoy it because pigeons are literally living on my balcony. So Iâm trying to find a way to get rid of them. But they will literally come and throw a poop party with their friends and have a poop out all over your balcony and anything you have on your balcony (YUCK).

Moved in at the end of June 2022, currently March 2023. Honestly, the location isnât too bad and despite seeing comments about car break ins, itâs yet to happen to my boyfriend and I, which I am grateful. Not exactly close to everything, but just in proximity of Bishop Arts to not complain about the lack of activity around. Nowâ¦ I do have complaints. Living across from the refuse room has probably been the worst decision weâve made. Gnats are CONSTANTLY flying around in our faces in every room and even with the precautions we took, it seems like it never ends (outside of when the weather grows cooler). People do not close the door behind them and itâs cleaned probably around once a week, so all that stink and mess just permeates through the hall. Moving in wasnât an issue, but why wait three months after weâve moved in to tell us you didnât support the renterâs insurance we provided when we signed all of the documentation back in June? We went ahead and provided a new insurance, but again, wouldâve been nice to know before we were settled in instead of leaving a note in our door, saying weâd be forced to basically move out if we didnât have a new insurance by that Friday. The cons honestly outweigh the pros, but considering the area and price for a two-income couple, itâs worth it for now. I could go on about the things I dislike about this complex more than what I like, but Iâm sure youâll get the point. TLDR; gnat infestation that lowkey is being ignored, unfortunate car break-ins, and a lack of communication would make me move out by next year.

Hi my name is Susan Saavedra and I been living here a year. I came in March 2020 and this place is great, good walk place outside with a pool. All utilities are included very calm during the day and night. Front staff is so friendly office is open from 8 to 5:30 which most apartments might not do, maintenance is great they get job done and are very friendly too. Itâs been pleasure living here. Parking here is good not had and issues with people breaking in and gate is being repair. They trying their best to fix things. I like said I had no issues or problems. This is a great place to live!!!

Upon reading reviews, I was hesitant BUT after a visit; I saw the upgrades in progress and was blown away. The staff was friendly and professional. Some things are simply out of many companyâs control and even more things happen everywhere. You owe it to yourself to at least visit!

Issues are still going on, my car has been broken into multiple times furthermore from my last post. Now on top of this THE TENTANTS HAVE HAD NO ELECTRICTY FOR OVER 24 HOURS. The office will give us no information on this no give us an ETA. I've had my car broken into, 3 packages stolen, my neighbor got his cat converter stolen as well. Building doesn't actually lock at night even though they will give you a key and say it does, anyone can access the building whenever through multiple doors. The parking lot is dark and extremely unsafe, gates are just for looks and not operational so don't get your hopes up.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Unsafe and fraudulent operation, Byron in the front office lied to me multiple times about hidden fees and deposits. I broke my lease early due to 3 break ins to my car and an attempted break in to my apartment breaking my back door knob. As I returned my keys Byron said to me "We need a forwarding address for your deposit, we don't charge for much so you should get it all back." And now says "Did I forget to tell you that you forfeited the deposit to break your lease?" Complete frauds. $1,220 stolen. Not a safe place to live and sleazy management. When I asked for the manager's email they stopped responding and never answer the phones. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Parking lot is a safety issue no lights, it was reported no response i come home and its pitch black and usually i have to walk a long way my catalytic converter was stolen I asked for camera footage no response, maintenance does not come in a timely fashion, my fridge was broken over a week when we moved in we lost so much food then the microwave broke , i asked for my screens to be fixed they still broken upstairs neighbors kids are loud parking is a joke I haven't been able to park in my spot in days because someone is there when I get home at night there is not alot of parking options. They never answer the phone I've been here 2 months and ready to go if I could give zero I would
