Do not rent an apartment here. Unless you like dirty carpets and the smell of weed and your property stolen. Homeless people can and do walk the halls. The doors to the out side are always open. The parking is wide open the gates donât work. The carpets are stained and filthy . The elevators donât work. The two that do are in bad shape and filthy. The stairs are extremely dirty and half the doors are broken. They have a trash room on every floor but always full , smell really bad and full of bugs. The hall ways always smell like weed all the time. The apartment is okay. But you will have to do touch up on paint yourself. We rented a separate storage room down from our apartment. It has been robbed 2 times in a week. Brian Hicks the manager told us to turn it into insurance. No assistance from him. He promises to make big changes and upgrades when we moved in. Almost 4 months and it has only gotten worse. My 2021 Chevy was stolen out of the parking lots. All Brian could say was sorry call the police. Will definitely be looking to move out.

I just want to thank , how good and helpful was ms Amy at the office, the help we got me and my wifey are very happy and planing to move out here it looks good place to spend with my family. Always in a good mood and thatâs very important in a apartment residence.

New management is really getting things done. Property is improving dailyâ¦painting, carpet cleaning, outside appearance, etc. Lots of activity is happening daily. Taco Truck on Monday 3/11 was really a nice touch plus the tacos were excellent.
