TLDR: These apartments arenât the best you get what you pay for. Your experience truly just depends on the other tenants and if theyâre quiet / clean. Donât plan on having visitors.
Been here for a few weeks and havenât had a horrible experience but it also hasnât been the best.
The apartments arenât a bad price for the size you get so thatâs an upside. Itâs relatively quiet and people are friendly.
The maintenance guys are friendly and will promptly respond to any work items you submit. Thank you for your hard work!!
The office staff seems to keep changing, Amy and Veronica were helpful although they never seemed to be on the same page about anything.
Parking isnât the best and be careful walking in the lot. I was almost hit by a car since people drive so fast. The visitor parking is almost always taken so donât plan on having many people over if you move in. They also donât tell you that you have to pay every time someone visits you. They have a total of 20ish visitor spots and you pay 6.72 every time that vehicle visits you.
If youâre moving in be aware of how close you are to a âtrash roomâ theyâre rooms we are supposed to take our trash to and they get emptied by the staff. Unfortunately people will load so much trash it overflows and itâs infested with roaches. Many of the apartments around the trash rooms have roaches in the hallway.
The elevators are never fully in service seems like thereâs always one or two out of order even from when I first saw the property back in June. The stairs are covered in food and trash and dog poop. The elevators that do work are dirty and musty.
The gym has no working equipment and is full of food. Tenants frequently leave their bags of garbage on the outside of the building facing the street.
I plan on doing an updated review in a few months!

We have new management and theyâve commented on many of the reviews promising changes and improvements to the property but nothing has changed. Thereâs often dog poop smeared on carpets, many of the hallway doors are always closed and the leasing office door is always closed too. The office staff is not friendly or welcoming. If you have more than one vehicle DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. There is NOT enough parking for the current tenants you will only get ONE carport per apt no matter how many rooms it has. The visitor parking is always full because we have to use it in order to be able to park here. Kids will kick your door and ring your doorbell camera and run away, the front office does nothing. The property is littered with trash because the dumpsters get full one day after being emptied and the tenants are too lazy to throw it away so they leave it in the hallways. Thereâs been food left in one of the hallways for a week now. The elevators are still broken and have been since November. They added gates to the parking area but itâs always open so it was a waste of money. They should have used it to fix the elevator.
