Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT rent here ❌❌❌❌ No matter how many times you delete my review, you should focus on fixing the apartment problems. I never received a refund for what I had to pay to have my car towed. They towed my car from the parking space I’d been paying for since July, and the office refuses to take responsibility. The tow truck is always there, they refuse to give residents parking, and the office staff are incredibly rude. We neighbors are still fighting over visitor parking, the elevators are still out of order, the carpets are disgusting and covered in dog poop, and there are garbage bags on the stairs. Provide solutions instead of deleting reviews. March 13 2026 To be honest, I don't know where so many good comments from other people come from, they still haven't fixed the elevators, we keep fighting for visitor parking lots, every afternoon it's chaos here, the unit is still disgusting, stained, dirty carpets, the stairs one of them someone did the bathroom there last month and no one ever came to clean. Awesome place to live. New management and maintenance team is making sure property looks clean and welcoming. Been here for two years and Í can tell the difference since December when new manager tomo over. Finally someone good here!!!

Well my previous review was nice because I truly had a good experience when I moved in. Office ladies were helpful and understanding of my needs. Unfortunately I have to add now that the same poor ladies that helped me and were friendly and supportive are not there because the manager GOT STABBED!!! No security, no cameras no support danngg this place will not be the same without the office ladies but who would want to come back to work like that!!!

From the moment we arrived to apply, we noticed that the property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The space was welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home. The location is perfect, conveniently close to everything we needed. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and care put into the property; everything was exactly as described (and even better in person). Communication with office staff was smooth and professional, and our questions were answered quickly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay.

Management seems to neglect issues throughout the complex for example literally only 2 elevators work out of the many they have ,the buttons on elevators are literally pull out by disrespectful tenants. The staircases/carpets are disgusting they do not clean the stairs at all , tenants smoke in them , let their dogs pee there . The back side of the property is a mess when it comes to entry doors to complex , literally a door has no knob there’s a key pass but it doesn’t even work making tenants always put something (rocks , trash ) to hold the door open . Parking for visitors is non existent, due to complex having limited spots for visitors and then you have to pay to register your visitors which I think is ridiculous, unauthorized tenants parking in the fire lane feeling entitled and somehow they never get towed Unfortunately I wish I could break my lease but I care about my credit . So I have to put up with these issues , staff is very well aware of all issues and continues to ignore it ,it’s diffrent management every other month feels like . they also took away the refuse room because tenants don’t know how to follow rules . I understand we’re in the “hood” but they need to do better at the end of the day there’s people like me who pay rent on time and work a full time job I would love to come home to a quiet cleaned secure environment, do better for our community , enforce lease violations/fines , watch cameras to see who causes all the mess/chaos , if tenants don’t follow policy/guidelines take legal action to evict them , hire security again to help enforce rules. I will not be renewing my lease I’m not the first or last to complain unless they address these issues their occupancy will continue to drop.
